Your Pack Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the carrier of our choice, which may change from time to time. Regardless of the shipment choice, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping Fees and Handling

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order to minimize shipping fees. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Insurance and Liability

Our shipping prices do not include carrier/courier insurance, and we do not provide insurance in case of loss, damage, theft, or hijacking via our online shop. Once we dispatch the package, it is considered sent and we disclaim responsibility for such unlikely events. However, if you require insurance, please use our "Request-a-Quote" form to request a personal insurance quote from the carrier directly.

Carrier Selection

We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice and to change carriers as needed. While we take special care to protect fragile objects, your package will be dispatched at your own risk.

International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that additional taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fees.

Return Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returns and exchanges. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. We are not responsible for packages left unattended or stolen after delivery.
